Micros Refund Policy

·     -     If withdrawing prior to the second week of practices, full reimbursement of the registration costs will be given minus a $25.00 administrative fee and any late fee.

·       -   From the beginning of the second week of practices until the 1st game starts: 50% refund minus $25.00 administrative fee. 



Once insurance has been submitted and uniforms are ordered, no refunds will be offered.

·       -   After the 1st game starts: No Refunds will be offered apart from hardships; ex: serious injury, child custody situations,  moving out of state etc..

·       -  No refunds will be given due to conflicts in game schedules or due to roster size.

·       All refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to the Micros Director at [email protected]
