SET AGENDA
· Frequent burglaries to snack shack, vandalism, and unauthorized use of fields – donuts in gravel- asking club to help by locking gates and reporting anything suspect to the board - please lock gates upon leaving
· We all have to work together with sharing our fields – we should share and be courteous to our club- we are very limited with our fields, and we recognize they are not great- as the director of development adapt the players to the field conditions, trapping and passing can still happen on poorly maintained fields
· Jamboree (in house) scheduled for 08/24/2024-08/25/2024 – registration is open until 08/17/2024- currently there are 16 teams registered
· Preliminary schedules have been handed out for coaches that coaches more than one team to look at any scheduling conflicts
· Final game schedule to be released on our about 08/26/2024 U8 to U14 and U15 and up come from League Washington
· Photo rosters for U15 are required
· Some games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays to spread out field use and parking issues
· REC has 53 teams- GU 14 is still open as they need players to fill a team- 678 current players registered – 30 players up from last year
· MICROS updates- schedule will be out as soon the REC schedule has been finalized MICROS uniform handout at DICKS 08/23/2024 and 08/24/2024 – all teams have coaches
· Lawn mower just serviced – trying to deter the continued break ins

· Coach Curtis asks if it is possible to switch from NPSL to WPL – Curtis advised to contact Shannon for clarification
