SET AGENDA- News – Updates- and REPORTS

·       Welcome and Introductions

·       Open Trainings will move to Fridays

·       Obtained two goal trainers

·       Registration- currently 57 players registered for Fall Soccer

·       Next General Meeting on June 19 at the 152^nd soccer fields – NOTE: time will be at 6pm

·       Coaches and anyone who steps on the pitch MUST have a current RMA (background check completed)

·       SafeSport has been updated. Please note the hard copy distributed during the general meeting -

·       Director of Development has two cases of top-rated soccer balls for purchase- see Dave Corbett for information

·       FORCE tryouts are taking place – currently there are 350 registered for tryouts

·       Development Jamboree is scheduled for June and will take place over two weekends – cost will be about 40.00 to cover potties and Referees

·       The Tune Up Jamboree is scheduled for August 23^rd, 2025

·       NEED UNIFORM COORDINATOR ASAP this is a HIGHLY NEEDED ROLE

·       Other Board Positions open are Club Coordinator and Public Relations

·       Beginning with a new uniform cycle- same kit but with new logo for our club sponsor

·       MICROS season of games begins next week – schedules and uniforms have been handed out

NEW BUSINESS

Part of the coaching responsibilities will be the understanding and agreement with both an Ethics Policy and a Conflict of Interest Document

QUESTIONS and COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR

·       Coach Emma asks, “How will the proposed change in birth year affect the club? - Waiting for the official change per US Soccer

·       Coach Darrall suggests – obtaining printed sign board for advertising – using the largest field size available – set up and be able to reserve play time at 152^nd fields – hire a high school student to lock and unlock the field gates- advertise the goal keeping trainings- add additional signs clearly communicating NO DOGS- VAPING- GUNS- SMOKING – Consider holding general meetings occasionally on Wednesdays for the Tues – Thurs, coaches to attend
